Jane Wilson Marquis is a custom bridal designer hailing from England, with a focus on infusing a sense of whimsy and the theatric into her work.

My working collaboration with New York based fashion designer Jane is one that has spanned almost 18 years, beginning with me being brought on board to organise an art and fashion event, Culture Fluid. The event took place in a London art gallery, and saw Marquis’ structural and dramatic garments painted in live performance by artist Ricardo Cinalli.

This relationship evolved and I continued to work alongside Marquis on her bridal wear, which as been worn by notable individuals such as the Kennedys and the DuPonts. Marquis’ designs have also often been utilised in several films. More recently, we have collaborated on a series of tunic dresses, with a focus on fashion for all sizes.
